There is an older gentleman that works the cash register who has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! It is so frustrating to walk into an establishment and not be greeted or looked at until a Caucasian male stands BEHIND you in line. This employee stood at the register in front of me, went to the other register, WALKED PAST AND BEHIND ME, did not say excuse me, and took an order to a curbside customer. I looked at the employee for an extended period of time to let him know I was ready to order as he looked busy ignoring me. Again I was not addressed until another customer got behind me. He finally took my order with an attitude like he’d rather be doing something else. There was no have a great day or anything said he basically threw the receipt at my hand. I’ve encountered this man 3x and every one has felt very disrespectful and racist! He should not work the front at all let alone be employed there! It is a terrible look. Every experience with him was unpleasant!

Quiet spot to have lunch in the afternoon! The food was tasty (a bit pricey, but that’s everywhere). My husband and I each got a sandwich and a side and shared a cookie, and that was a perfect portion size. The service was friendly, quick and one employee went out of her way to offer us a high chair when she saw us holding our baby. Our baby loved playing with the crinkly paper that covered the trays! The tavern club, macaroni & cheese and sweet tea are the way to go!My only recommendation would be a bit of music playing in the background. There was a TV but it had a soccer game on and I think country music or instrumental would make for a more relaxing vibe. At one point we were the only customers in there and it felt a bit awkward with no background sound.

This company goes above and beyond on customer service. I had my son pick up an order for our Christmas Party and they forgot to give him the side orders. The store was closed by the time I got home, sent in a contact form on line and within 2 hours they had the sides delivered at my front door. And they threw in a cheesecake! I have never had a business go out of their way the way they did. I highly recommend them!!! Thank you so much for fulfilling my order. We will be regular customers!

I was placing an order for pick-up,,and just a little worried,,I didn't get a receipt of any kind, no confirmation #, just told to come on day I specified for pick-up and they'd have it ready ??

Good ham and turkey

I've been to this store twice, at Christmas, to pick up a ham for family dinners. Today was my first time to have lunch at the store, and the experience was very positive. The place is exceptionally clean, and the staff friendly. The atmosphere is good, with the decor being well beyond most QSR restaurants. We'll definitely be back!

Our party of 4 stopped in for a late lunch. This was my first visit and I had no idea they had a menu in addition to being able to prepare take out items.We received our order in just a few minutes. It was correct and everything was delicious. We will definitely visit again.The staff was very friendly. Everything was clean. Parking was not a problem

Honey Baked Ham provided lunches for our core team during a build. They were so delicious! The cookies were the best I'd ever had. Thank you SO much for your generosity so we could push through a long day.
