Our bar experience was great. Great drink. The dining room experience xe was also great. Our waiter made great recommendations. Everything we ordered was delicious. From the crab cake, pork chop, smoked filet, Brussels sprouts and the French toast peach dessert. All was great. We really enjoyed our time at Republic1836.
The steak and shrimp were outstanding also with the drinks. Never rushed by the waitress she was very informative about the menu. The only things we did not like was the double fried bake potato and being my souse's birthday was not offered a desert for this special occasion. In my option the waitress had too many tables to tend to with large group with no help. She was made our night pleasurable experience under the circumstances. We will be returning going to try to go...
We've been eating at the Republic almost once a week for the past couple of years.  My wife and I like their salmon very much and we've often remarked that their quality control is exceptional. Every time we've come the dishes are the same high quality...
