“I should have left a review before now because I have had the wonderful food from Mia's several times. It's amazing that the food comes from a food truck. It's always hot, fresh, and just so good. My favorite is the Chicken Murphy but I've never had a bad meal! Such nice people that obviously take a lot of pride in their cooking!”

“I hardly write reviews for any one, but my visit on Saturday definitely merits a large shout-out. Within 5 minutes of sitting down, I was greeted by 6 - 7 different staff members just checking in, chips and salsa and black bean dip (AMAZING DIP), a manager or two. They heard it was my first time, so they brought me free Queso. The food is amazing. What a blessing to have a place so hospitable and FREAKING DELICIOUS in our rural part of Texas. Please never leave us. 😊”

“Most of the time they are great but days like today make me scratch my head and think what went wrong? Always get breakfast on way to church. Same order every week. 3 of us order. 2 oatmeals and 2 sausage egg McMuffins and orange juice. We usually don’t have time to run back if something is amiss. So, today my oatmeal was cold, not sure how it’s made if it’s boiling water or a microwave but my oatmeal missed both of those . Hubby’s English muffins were burnt on his egg mcmuffin sandwich (not sure how that happens unless the roller toaster is broke and they actually had to manually grill them)? Whatever dysfunction they have today I hope is fixed.”
