“Employees are always so rude. There's a couple that are nice, but most are not built for customer service. Most of the time my online/mobile orders aren't correct, or they don't even bring them to you. Or say they didn't get the order.
2025 review: People at the window for the drive thru have been very friendly most times I go. Everything in my previous review seems to have improved over the years. Orders are usually correct now, and no more waiting forever at the drive thru“
