So aside from the drive-thru service being maddeningly slow, Braums is great! There are so many flavor options, and ways to receive your treat, that they can't even put all of the options in the outside menu. My suggestion is to go into the store the first couple of times so that you know what you want for the drive through. Otherwise you're missing out on your new favorite delight. Anyhow, I love the -$2.00(under) waffle/regular cone with either the yogurt or scoop option to get your sugar fix. It's quick and easy. I hadn't resumed eating at this establishment until earlier this year on a whim, and that's due to how I received the drive thru experience. Anyway, after I decided to get my lazy butt out ofmy car and into the store, I didn't realize how much I was missing all these years! Go Braums!

If I could give this place a zero I would. The customer service is TRASH. There’s a blonde lady that hands you your food every time and EVERYTIME without fail has a horrible attitude. She very clearly hates her job and makes you feel like a nuisance. The staff has little to no training and they are all lost on what customer service is. EXCEPT one young lady who took my payment today. She was sweet and kind.I’ve continued to give this place the benefit of the doubt because we enjoy ice cream but it’s not even worth it because of the interaction you leave there with.
