We have not been back to this location for some time now due to lack of service. We used to go a lot and our server was often Antoine. After not getting good service from other wait staff we decided to stop going. Today we decided we would give it another shot and our favorite server was back! He made sure our food was perfect, our order correct and our drinks were never empty. Along with a very friendly personality he made the experience better than the past ones
I have to say that for a new location I expected more... I ordered the triple bacon burger french fries and a sweet iced tea... The burger was VERY greasy so much so that the bottom bun just fell apart and I don't know if it was the bacon or the hamburger meat it didn't taste fresh and had an odd taste... The sweet iced tea was almost undrinkable it was SO sweet! I was also disappointed with the seemingly hand cut French fries they were quite bland... I was told the district manager...read full review
I have always enjoyed Bdubs, food is normally consistent and service is the same. This visit the wings were cooked to perfection, and our glasses were filled before they hit half empty!!!
