So their metrics or whatever look good to corporate, but their service is trash. It might be worth it if they made up for the absurd wait with good food, but it's almost always cold by the time they get around to walking the food out to you.

This is by far the best Burger King in the area! Food is always fresh, workers are kind. The lady with the purple hair (manager on duty?) was welcoming and even mentioned a couple of discounted items- great for a college student on a budget! Location is great too- right across from campus. Best BK experience I’ve had in a while!

This location is just awful. Never have I experienced such wait times at a FAST FOOD JOINT. This place took 45 mins to make my food and bring it to me, and didn't even give me everything I ordered. Definitely ruined the joint for me. Never coming back here again.

Been thru drive thru twice in two weeks. Same lady at speaker. Huh?? What??? Repeatedly. Then when u get louder then they go ‘DAMN’ on the speaker. Twice we backed outta the drive thru. Think I’ll go to McDonald’s/ Whataburger now. Y’all need Sharon and Nikki back. This is unacceptable.

Two visits in 2 days.Sat 05/06/2023 I went in to order some breakfast. I stood in the lobby for around 5 minutes before I left. There was no one in the store.Sun 05/07/2023 This time there were some employees visible. 2 were sitting in the eating area and 1 was behind the counter. I tried to order a number 3, sausage egg and cheese biscuit, but was informed that there were no biscuits. So I had to order a number 1. I also ordered a sausage egg and cheese burrito. No sauces, just sausage egg cheese and hash brown. At some point, the person behind the counter asked if I wanted sausage and I said yes.I got my order and the sausage, egg and cheese croissant was missing the sausage. I took it to the counter and asked where the sausage was and she said I ordered it without sausage. Why would I order something that comes with sausage and ask for no sausage? Then the person behind the counter told me I ordered it that way. Instead of, I'm sorry, we needed up, I was to blame. They offered to remake it, but I declined. Having already been blamed for the mistake, my mood was starting to turn.The burrito? It had ingredients other than sausage, egg, cheese and hash browns. I didn't even check the hash browns that came with the order. I just wrapped it up and threw it away. Yes. I threw away an uneaten breakfast burrito and a full order of hash browns. No. Ididnt go back to the counter. Why get blamed, again, for something I did not do and an order I did not mess up.Then I went to McDonalds, where out of the 221k ways you can order the food, you get it how you ordered it. Worst $10 I have ever spent and the last I will ever spend at this place.

Honestly not sure how this place is still in business. The staff is rude and treats you like an inconvenience. They always ask you to park out front when you go through the drive-thru and leave you waiting 10-15 minutes for your food. Then after your long wait they somehow manage to give you cold food. The owner must know how bad things are but simply doesn't care.

Went there to get food asked them for it to not be cold or to make it fresh the guy at the drive thru told them in the back to microwave my food , got it and still ice cold onion rings , I would give zero stars if I could this will be the 3rd time going here and receiving cold food I asked for managers number and no one working had it or knew the manager which is about right for this place

I typically frequent BK on my lunch breaks whenever I’m craving a burger because they’re one of two places in town that serve them that early (& I’m not a fan of sonic burgers) . They have a burgers for breakfast section on the app, and even if they don’t have any made, they’ll normally drop one for me. Just went up there around 10:15, to order my usual, and was told they didn’t have any burgers made (which is normal) when I asked how long it would take, I was told that they don’t serve burgers until after 1030.. I normally go to lunch between 930 and 10, and have never had an issue ordering a burger that early.. maybe she was new and didn’t know, or just didn’t want to drop a patty, but was also rude in her tone of voice..Never had an issue with this location or the food, but this definitely left a bad impression
