Used to be really good here. But something changed. Now when you order strips the oil that comes off of them is brown. And you can taste it. It is gross. Mac and cheese was cold. Restaurant is not as clean as it used to be.

This is one of the worst places ever! Not only do they actually not care about their performance, they don’t care that they are ripping you off. Order was horrible! I ordered two of the four piece boxes. Both were supposed to have two sides (did not discover thy were incorrect until I got home). Well that didn’t happen! Then I also ordered poppers. This order is over 3.00 and I was handed a brown paper back with three tiny little poppers in it. I walked back in (after going through drive through), and demanded my money back for them. It should be illegal that I hand you a paper bag with three tiny little peppers in it and you hand me almost 3.50 back!! I’m super sick of the lack of customer service in our country. In every single section of this country! It’s disgusting. Do your job correctly or leave. There are people who need a job that would actually value it! Shame on y’all!

Tonight was the absolute worst experience I have ever had... ever. I eat here all the time and I love it, But what happened tonight makes me so upset.. We had to order our food 3x to get it right... oh wait it was still wrong.. I'm not sure what what going on, but the lady didn't mess up just my family's order she messed up everyone's order in the dining area. The sweet tea was out I gave her my cup and told her it was out she went to the back to get some sweet tea and gave me unsweet =/ . We waited at least 30 min for our meal, what we payed for our dinner tonight was NOT worth it.. I feel sorry for the guys who were trying to fix her mess ups.. I'm probably not going to go back for a while.. sorry

This has got to be one of the worst stores that I have ever gone to.
First we went inside to eat and the manager was helping an individual in front of us for over 6 minutes going back and forth over prices of things. In that 6 minutes he also stopped to take a phone and never once even thought to get another team member to help with other customers.
After waiting another 3 minutes and still not getting served or even acknowledged a line had formed so I gave up and went to the drive through.
At this point there were a few cars in front of me and they were all taken care of. Then when it came to me I was told to wait. After another 5 minutes of just waiting at the order station the team member finally took my order.
After this I waited another 7 minutes before finally giving up and leaving the restaurant.
Please look into the manager working on 3/15/25 at 3:30 pm cst at this location because they do not deserve that position.

Chicken strips were fresh, fries were fresh. Ordered a second box of strips to go and Terrell kept them on the warmer for me while I ate. Dude is on top of it!! Never a bad experience at this location.

Absolutely horrible service! Even had the manager implied I was lying about how the chicken tenders smelled and tasted burnt, like the oil needed to be changed. I would definitely not recommend going here! I have never had a manager treat me that way to my face when I asked for a refund. Why would I want you to replace the food for all I know you use the same oil for everything! DONT GO TO CHICKEN EXPRESS IN COMMERCE EVER!!!

Fast service, friendly enough folks. Out of the three times I've gone, twice they forgot my gravy for my mashed potatoes. And on this last one, the Mac and cheese tasted a bit sour. Like if it was going bad. Such a shame, since the food is generally not bad for fast chicken.
