The catfish is great when it's fresh...but good luck with that...told them I wanted it cooked fresh they told the cook to drop fresh and I got cold fish jerky....it will be a long time before I give them my business again

I have been in Commerce since 2017 and today had to be the worst customer service that I have ever experience. I went through the drive-through line to get some corn fritters and fries. Something that I would thought was easy and simple. After I pull up to the window, the young lady has me a bag which is corn fritters and tells me to have a good day…. No fries… I then waited for my fries just for me to receive some that’s cold. I didn’t call the restaurant to speak to a manager because I have a meeting now requires me to leave town. Chris the manager demands that I come back in order for him to do anything for me along with laughing at the fact that I received. So I turned around to return my order and while doing so he gives me a refund and drops the change. Long story short I took my refund money and I went right to McDonald’s.

Literally deserve no star. Every time I order here they give me exact opposite what I ask for. Orderd tenders a roll corn nuggets and no gravy double ranch with a half and half tea. Bro actually confirmed at the window then proceeded to make my food. Sweet tea no ranch and gravy... And they aren't even busy right now. I will be taking my business elsewhere as this is the 12th time in a row this has happened.

I feel like some people need to learn their customer service skills and stop being rude to people at this location. Certain a general manager or district manager needs to be in this location because I went here and the lady catrina this lady was very rude. I don't know what made her feel this way on a Monday but my car declined twice because I had to transfer money and I guess it made her mad and she brought my card back and slammed it down on the counter and told me really loud your car declined again. Then she walked away. She don't have customer service. She does not have good community service with anybody. When I asked her how much the mac and cheese was for the family size, she said I don't know. It's like 5 something or something I don't know. How do you not know and you work here again? The customer service from this lady was poor.

Sorry, Aiden C., things haven't improved since you took over. This evening about 6 pm I went to Chicken Express Commerce. The last two or three times I have gotten food here was disappointing, but I thought I would give them another chance, since I am a Chicken Express fan from way back. First of all, the person taking orders in the drive-thru lane put me on hold. While several cars lined up behind me I waited for her to come back and take my order. I paid at the window and then waited approximately 10 minutes to get my order, but I thought, well, they must be cooking it fresh, so it will be really good and worth the wait. WRONG. When I finally got my order and took it home, the chicken was and dry, and appeared to have sat under a heat lamp for at least an hour. And to add insult to injury, my order was wrong! I had ordered to sides of corn, but only received one. As I said, this has happened several times in the last couple months. Next time I want fried chicken, I will drive to Greenville.
This is some of the best chicken and french fries and okra that I've had in years the food tonight is off the chain
