I asked for my food fresh and the back lady in drive thru told me the food was fresh they just started lunch and for my food it was not fresh the burger patty looked like it was a day old and my daughter a kids meal and it was 6 fries in it like come on and when I’m go they always have a attitude like if you do t your job please find a new one cause if we want fresh food give it to use

This is awful. I have ordered 3 coffees and each time they have been wrong. This time I got no whip cream and no extra caramel drizzle which I PAID for because I did an online order. Won’t be getting coffee from here again.
This place is literally so slow the people who work at night are completely rude and just don’t care. The difference between the morning staff and the night staff are literally as different as night and day. They honestly need to find new night staff

Went to this location and ordered a large coffee with cream and sugar. Go to the first window and paid with my credit card. I then went to the second window to retrieve my coffee and noticed that a gentleman behind the cashier was just pulling out of filter and about to open a bag of coffee to start a fresh pot as they were completely out of coffee. Of course I'm seeing all this through the glass window. Without telling me anything that was going on or that I would need to wait for a full pot of coffee to brew, the cashier asked me to pull my car up if I could and wait for my order. Again, which was one cup of coffee. I explained to her that I see directly behind her that he is about to make a fresh pot of coffee which I appreciate but he hasn't even started yet and I was on the road with my two dogs traveling to a different town. I explained I could not wait that long and that I just needed my money back. She asked me to pull up anyway and that her manager would meet me there at my vehicle. I drove up of course as instructed and the manager I assumed which was the same mail about to make the fresh pot of coffee immediately handed me my refund in cash, without any wait whatsoever, which I appreciated. I would give them a better review rating, however even though their service was good, the coffee was not available as it should be at all times. I'm sure they will be more on top of it from this point. No hard feelings and I will definitely be back through the drive-thru again as it is on my route that I travel when visiting my family out of town. I look forward to editing this review on my next visit with hopefully a five-star review.

Came by while being in the area for work.The lady and the guy at the first window were super nice and the lady looked like she was training the new guy in a good manner.When I picked up my food at the second window there was another guy who handed me my food, he was nice but when I asked for sauces (there was non in the bag) a lady (manger maybe?) comes from behind him being rude to him and basically yelling over and over “they’re in the bag they’re in the bag” I proceeded to tell her there’s none in the bag and she said “yes there is..at the bottom I put them there”(rolls her eyes) so I decide to hand her the bag so she can see for herself and she snatches the bag and lets out a big sign and tells the guy super rudely “give her ONE if she wants more she has to pay .25c” so I’m like ummm okay?? I hand the guy the extra .25c so he can give me another sauce and she rolls her eyes…the guys looked like he was getting trained as well and im sorry but that’s no way to act towards customers while you’re training or EVER. Idk what her problem was and I really had to bite my tongue because I was in a really good mood for a Monday…all morning people I had came by were super nice and work had been great!

Went there today got the same order as I normally get everyday never miss a day 2 double cheeseburger no pickles and a half cut tea with extra ice I always get extra ice in my tea because the tea is not cold this time they did not put extra ice in my cup and when I asked for extra ice they proceeded to tell me they are not giving any ice out so are we in a ice shortage now will not be buying tea there again we'll be going somewhere else to get my order from everyday no one else in town is stingy with their ice the lady at the drive-thru window acted like I was rude for asking for more ice
