The remodel looks awesome and the new manager is great.
I’ve been ordering from this Pizza Hut for few months and haven’t had any problems with the food nor service. However, recently me and my partner went there to pick up our order and one of the employees were very rude to us and told us the order wasn’t ready when it already was behind him. Afterwards we had to wait in the front as I placed another order at the store. As we were waiting the employees in the back kept glaring for long periods of time at my partner and it made her incredibly uncomfortable.
As I said, this Pizza Hut is normally great but the employees that work the shift at around 5 P.M. on Saturday were very rude and weird and it made us both very uncomfortable.

I don’t like the ‘call center’ to place an order. Very inconvenient and LONG hold time. Took over 10 minutes to place order. The Commerce restaurant employees were very polite and the pizza was cooked perfect.

Ive been trying to collect a fee pizza fromy rewards for weeks now but it won't let saying the store is closed when I called they said they're website is down how long is it going to be down for this is crazy

Never answer phone, and hasn't been able to deliver for months
After arriving at the Commerce store I found out I had accidentally ordered from the Greenville store on the app. The manager called and canceled the order for me. They got me a new order out in about 13 minutes. Great service.
