We have used this Pizza Hut for a decade now. We had more pleasant experience than bad and probably why you see a lot of great reviews. Even the times there was a mistake, they have always made it right, except for today. We did carryout and once we got home we realized we had the wrong pizza. We called up there and was told they were going to prepare a new pizza for us and to bring back the mistake pizza. We didn't ask for free food or our money back. We just wanted it to be made right. We went back up there gave them the mistake pizza and came back home with a pizza. Then we realized they just through a topping on the mistake pizza instead of making a fresh one. I love to support our local businesses but after this experience, I will take my business else where.

This is disgusting. I normally don’t leave reviews. This is a strand of hair that is baked into the pizza. When I went to remove the hair the cheese and toppings were picked up with it. It looks to be blue/green in color. Please make sure your employees are keeping the work area and themselves clean.

Lonny is the man, a few things were forgotten on my delivery order so I called and spoke to him and told him about it, and he got the delivery driver to bring it right back out to me. Great service and great food.

I’ve been ordering from this Pizza Hut for few months and haven’t had any problems with the food nor service. However, recently me and my partner went there to pick up our order and one of the employees were very rude to us and told us the order wasn’t ready when it already was behind him. Afterwards we had to wait in the front as I placed another order at the store. As we were waiting the employees in the back kept glaring for long periods of time at my partner and it made her incredibly uncomfortable.
As I said, this Pizza Hut is normally great but the employees that work the shift at around 5 P.M. on Saturday were very rude and weird and it made us both very uncomfortable.
Met the new owners today. They definitely held high standards but were great ppl. Thank you for your upgrades and exceptional customer service

I don’t like the ‘call center’ to place an order. Very inconvenient and LONG hold time. Took over 10 minutes to place order. The Commerce restaurant employees were very polite and the pizza was cooked perfect.
