After arriving at the Commerce store I found out I had accidentally ordered from the Greenville store on the app. The manager called and canceled the order for me. They got me a new order out in about 13 minutes. Great service.

Person who answered the phone was controversial, stubborn. Asked for manager, stubborn person said I'll transfer you. I asked why? The place isn't that big. Tailed to manager. Manager lied and blamed the mixup in the phone answering service. Call mysteriously disconnected. Mt initial question was "what are today's pizza specials"? Never got an answer to that question

Ok y’all are wayyy better then dominos because when I called I believe it was someone named Shelly she was very friendly and patient I appreciate that my Oder was ready on time and everything was hot and delicious thank you for your help Shelly and I love the $7 menu I 4 20 oz drinks a medium one topping pizza a lot of bread sticks and wings for only $31 I’m completely impressed Pizza Hut you have my business for now on

I can't say anything this time because the grandsons ate all the meals before I could get a chance to get some.
So a year ago I left the absolute worst review and a year later man have they ever made a change the freshness and flavor was remarkable today I just can't say enough I'm happy to leave a five star rating. I paid $60 a year ago and $60 today the driver's fee and $8 tip was worth it not only was I happy with paying the price for the goods I was delighted to pay for the customer service Kudos!

Today I had a bad experience with destiny I ordered two personal pan pizzas well done crunchy but not burnt pizzas were still not cooked well I called and asked to speak to a manager destiny asked me what for and informed me that she couldn’t cook them longer because she didn’t want them to burn I never have a problem getting my pizza cooked extra crispy and I never got to speak to a manager
