I get the Italian BMT or the ultimate BMT and there’s never a lot of meat I’ve gone there multiple times and they’re just doesn’t seem to be a lot of meat. There’s always a lot more lettuce than there is meat and the sandwiches are always made very messy and the most recent time I just went, the bread tasted kind of stale.

I went there the other day and my sandwich was messed up but that was not the worst part i went in there to try and fix it and that girl behind the counter akea was absolutely rude and had horrible customer service i will be returning just because of her!!

The Demonhunter

I usually love Subway in Commerce but “TODAY” I was very disappointed! My Foot long sub was thrown together like some “life unexperienced kid” had prepared it. The bag it was in had holes in it so naturally I ended up wearing my lunch with every bite. It took way too many napkins to wipe myself off as well as my console in my truck due to the mess it made. Maybe I should coach my kids to go work up there to teach how a “tight ship” floats better than a sinking raft. I won’t be back until you train better workers!

If I could give it zero stars I would. The customer service or lack there of was horrible. Took them forever to even acknowledge we were there and then they stopped making our sandwich half way through to continue making other mobile orders. I almost walked out in the middle of them making our one simple sandwich that we asked for. Would not recommend and definitely not going back.

I came in shortly before they closing time, but the two young men working couldn't have been nicer. My turkey breast footlong was delicious and the cookies were so yummy. I love this place!Vegetarian options: Loads of veggies to choose from.

THE slowest Subway I have ever been to. Not a single person at this location has been trained in time managment or had a sense of urgency. The quickest I had witnessed any of them move was to tell customers in the drive thru that they were closed.To backtrack a bit, I had walked into this location twice. After witnessing one of the sandwich preparers use her hand to wipe her nose and continue preparing two other customers' orders without changing gloves, I walked out. Don't ask me why I waited 20 minutes in my car for her to change her gloves to walk in again, but I did (it has been a long day at work). When she finally started to prepare my sandwich, it was an excruciatingly long, drawn-out process. I'll spare you the details, but it took her way too long to even cut the bread in half before adding the contents. However, this lady had a great attitude, but every single one of them needs a sense of urgency. After I finally paid (which also took forever because the supervisor was counting the till, and I had to wait until he finished that), I sat down to enjoy my sandwich when one of the employees yelled over to me to say that the side of the store I was sitting in was closed for the evening, even though there were no indicators making that obvious. No biggie, so I moved. After finishing my (mid) sandwich, I used the bathroom which was FILTHY: Dirt and grime all over the sink, trash can overflowing, and guck everywhere. Typically I wouldn't think twice about a dirty subway restroom, but the fact I had witnessed the supervisor sweep and mop the lobby an unnecessary amount of times, it left me confused. I wouldn't recommend spending your money here unless you're like me and wanted a healthier option in a town with a bunch of fast-food options. Just prepare to have slow service

We ordered the regular NO BREADY BOWLS. There was so much food in them, we had enough for our lunch and dinner. The young lady at the window was very friendly and had the biggest smile. It feels great to see peoples faces again.

I asked for extra Monterey cheddar cheese and I got none expect for parm cheese that I asked for, also I requested a 20 ounce Coca Cola and I got a regular drink instead of the bottle. I don’t like leaving feedback but yesterday I also paid an extra .65$ for extra cheese and received none expect the parm cheese. So if you get parm cheese you don’t get your regular cheese? Not surprised just disappointed
