“Had placed an online. Picked it up and was very unhappy about my order. The GM reached out to me within minutes of my complaint. She offered to immediately replace my order.And if I wasn't available to I could come back at my time of preference. When I went back there, she greeted me at the window. She was very sweet and very nice. Apologized again for my order, not being satisfactory and replace my order. Very caring and quick response.
