We had a 215 person wedding at Boxwood Manor late May 2025 and Sierra Catering was able to get everyone through the buffet line in under 18 minutes! AND the food was fabulous! The service was next level! Alex was there at our wedding the entire evening ensuring everything went smoothly from cocktail hour to dinner to cake cutting and even packaging take out meals & cake for the bride and groom to enjoy late night! I cannot express how great of an experience we had working with Sierra Catering beginning at our in person tasting at their office in Conroe to the final tasting a month before the wedding and Alex helped us pinpoint an amazing menu with sizable portions and almost every plate licked clean!! “I met with the owners mom for an appt at her home about some home remodeling. We had a great conversation about her home, but mostly about BBQ. She sent me over to the restaurant and even paid for my lunch. I had the ribs, sliced brisket, and potato salad. The food was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I’m in Willis for work quite often and I’ll make sure to come back! Everybody there was so polite, and it just reminds me of a good ole country cooking and southern hospitality.
