“Chef Michael Mathews and his staff catered my daughter's wedding dinner in Cypress this month, and we were impressed with his punctuality, organization, and his delicious food. He surveyed the venue ahead of time so he would know the equipment he needed. He spent time going over the menu with me to make sure he knew what kind of food we wanted and had tasting sessions available if needed. He explained that he would make sure we did not run out of food if he got a head count about a week ahead of time. He also supplied plates, glasses, cutlery, and napkins, and even cut the cakes we ordered from a local bakery and provided disposable plates for them. His food was delicious, especially the bacon-wrapped grilled shrimp appetizers, the beef bourguignonne (melts in your mouth and great flavor), the creamy cheddar mac-n-cheese, the sour cream bliss mashed potatoes, and the southwest salad. He and his crew were friendly and professional, and when they left the kitchen was spotless. Our guests praised his food, and many said it was the best wedding food they'd had. I highly recommend hiring Chef Michael's Gourmet Kitchen for your wedding or other event. His business also has to-go food for individuals or families that is delicious.“

“This Schlotzsky's experience was truly delightful. Tyler took our order. He was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable about the food items, and he definitely went above and beyond to serve all his customers!

The bread was toasted perfectly, and the meat and avocado on my turkey sandwich were excellent! The only reason the food wasn't 5 stars was that my tomato wasn't as ripe as I'd like. But otherwise, the food was fantastic!

We would definitely go back to this location if we were to pass through Tomball again.“
