“Just finished a meal and could not wait to leave a review. The jerk chicken is absolutely amazing, sooo tender, moist, fall off the bone… and the flavor is just out of this world. The chef was friendly and the portions are huge. The rice is great, plantains are perfectly cooked and I actually loved the cabbage (not usually my thing but this was great) the coco bread is just right… but that chicken… omg. I will 100% be going here again and again. That chicken…. That chicken.. wow.“
“Sierra Catering is amazing!!! We recently had them cater our wedding and then our after party the next day. The owner, Alex is fantastic, he is a professional and it reflects all throughout is company from the amazing people he has working for him to the outstanding food he serves. We had so many compliments on how amazing the food was at both events. I highly recommend his stuffed pork loin with apricot glaze. We then had him serve street tacos the following day and the food was just delicious. His staff is professional and took care of everything from set up to break down and clean up. He personally showed up to our wedding to ensure everything was to his standards and everything was perfect, which it was. I would recommend Sierra Catering for any event you have, Alex and his team will take care of you.“
