So I placed a mobile order (like I usually do) and it was lunchtime and they were very busy. I get that, I worked at McDonald’s as a teenager I know what it’s like during. I also know a lot about customer service and I find it completely ridiculous that you have a mobile order rack to put peoples food on. You were clearly choosing not to use I get it. I know people will probably just walk away with the food but when you choose not to use that, then you have to verbally acknowledge...

Putting in a mobile order at night is a waste of time at this location, they will not have it ready by pick up time. Either under staffed or slow workers but it was done 20 mins after the pick up time they gave me n it’s always like this.

Somewhat consistent food and some good employees.

HOWEVER, the biggest turnoff is the always stand set up outside which has scammed me before. I tried calling but they apparently don’t have a customer service dept and no access to notice the store without robot service.

The manager needs to step up because it doesn’t appear he/she is active with maintaining things. From other reviews, they don’t care and just send people to the website.
