“I'm giving 5 stars not because of the delivery service I received, but solely due to the service that the GM, Amy provided. I placed a delivery order around 6:35pm one night. I was told the pizza would be delivered in approximately 40 minutes. An hour went by, still waiting; an hour and a half, still no pizza. Finally, an hour and fifty minutes later, my pizza arrives. Needless to say, the pizza wasn't even warm. I immediately called and asked to speak to the manager. I eventually got to speak to the manager (Amy) and explained the situation. She told me she would have a replacement pizza Ready for me in 15 minutes. She also applied a $20 credit to my account for next time I order as a way of apologizing. I've ordered from this location many times in the past, with this definitely the worst it has ever been. Amy taking care of the situation, ensures that I will continue to patronize this location.“
“My husband loves Pizza Hut's bone-in wings, which surprises me since he's not fond of eating chicken in the first place. The mild buffalo sauce is top shelf. It's not too hot and it has a little burn to it. I don't eat spicy foods but I like this sauce. I prefer the garlic parmesan sauce on my bone-out wings. Good food, good service, highly recommend!“
“The food and service are hit and miss. Sometimes they are very friendly, other times not so much. Sometimes the pizza and wings are perfect, but here lately not so much. A lot of times the wings are not tossed in the sauce. Looks like this just drizzled on there and sometimes they're very grisly and chewy. As far as the pizza used to be fresh hot full of toppings that you asked for the last couple times I've ordered from here The amount of toppings and freshness of the pizza have been subpar to say the least.“
“I’ve tried so many Pizza Hut location throughout the US and this very location taste is the best! The quality of the pizza and pan crust taste exactly how I remember back when I was a kid. The staff did an excellent job and I highly recommend this location to others and I will definitely order from here now and forever. Good job!“
“The pizza is great for the price you pay, and every interaction I've had with the employees has been good so far. The store front itself is small and a bit cramped, so I highly suggest ordering ahead of time and picking up as opposed to waiting in the "lobby"“
“We have a business in the area and we eat at this pizza hut frequently. I have to say since Mr. Segler has taking over as manager, the place has done a positive 180! The food seems to taste like the Pizza Hut we grew up with. The whole staff are friendly and always upbeat! Good Choice Pizza Hut!! From a pizza hut customer for life,
