Where do I begin!! It’s not the frozen yogurts fault it’s the staff. Young girl working there has zero clue what good customer service is. I tried using a gift card and she told me it was invalid. I was with the coworker who gave it to me, which she had the receipt from when she purchased it. She then told me to go ahead and pay then she would look it up 🤔. Well that defeats the purpose!
