Don't waist your time or money here. There is an exceptional Charlyes about 3.5 miles away. I was made to wait 25 mins for my food. When they realized they skipped my order they went to the door dash section and grabbed food that had been sitting for as long as I had been waiting, to make my order. Food is cold as could be. When I said something to the lady she just looked at me and smiled. Even with gas approaching 6 bucks a gallon just drive a few miles and go to a real location....read full review
it was good while it was hot but if you do not eat it fast enough it will get cold only the staffs are nice and the manager was very nice to me because I am handicapped and cannot do much but the car service was too long need more help on the window He waited almost two hour on the window until finally came inside to get that meal Both to our name they are new so have to give them a chance people so let's go San Antonio to Charlie Philly steak
i recommend ...but not the location in Converse. at least not yet. they are not properly trained to work drive thru...pickup orders and dine in. I have been waiting almost an hour and still no food. the drive thru and pickup orders are getting food faster than dine in. Ridiculous!!! Charleys at the Forum is way better!
