Went after work around 3am. Waited at the speaker for about 5mins, I decided to speak up and say hello.... someone finally spoke back, just to tell me hold on and waited another 2-3mins. When I finally got my order taken and drove up to the second window the drive thru employee was hanging out the window talking to what I assumed was another customer but never received any food. Recently, an employee named Ash was recognized for her hard work and for going above and beyond to assist customers. The restaurant has a small kid's area suitable for younger children, with working A/C and increased general cleanliness. Though the biggest problem is the waiting to order and receive orders, they can be slow and sometimes forget items. One customer noted missing sauce and fewer nuggets than expected, prompting the advice to check orders before leaving. It is recommended to bring hand sanitizer. Parking is available, but the line to the drive-thru can be long. Despite the wait, the manager keeps customers informed during busy times, which is appreciated.
