I stopped at the Whataburger at 1604 and I-10, and it was a great experience. The food came out hot, fresh, and just as you expect from Whataburger—quality and consistency you can count on. The employees were friendly, welcoming, and handled everything quickly and professionally. The restaurant was clean, well-kept, and matched the high standards that the Whataburger brand is known for. Definitely a solid stop if you’re in the area and want a reliable meal with great service.

Joseph and omie were freaking amazing! Some people are great at restraining but these cats made us feel at home. It's always nice when a business makes you feel appreciated but they were friendly beyond! Will happily be back.

I had to go in and order in person, the app on Android was updated and now it's retarded (customized orders require in person discussing). Inside the employees were lax, and management seemed absent. The phone rang off the hook for four minutes, and orders for pickup were waiting as long as I did. At least the front end is clean. I love Whataburger, but the management doesn't care what happens at 0530.
