Food is excellent. Lots of space including a patio but tends not to have too many people dining in so that seating is never a problem. The restaurant is kept clean and tidy for the most part.

The Coppell CAVA is an amazing restaurant! The food is fresh, healthy, & delicious. Additionally, the staff is fantastic! They are friendly, professional and reliable. I go to CAVA frequently and all of the employees know both my name and my regular order. The company also gives back to the community. I highly recommend that people go to this restaurant for lunch or dinner!

Placed an online order for 8 meals to be delivered. Received 4 of the 8 quickly, but was still missing half of my order. This was for a lunch meeting at our corporate office. Tried calling the Coppell store, but you cannot get to a live person. VERY frustrating. I ended up having to re-order the missing meals. I did call the order support line and was told that the only thing they could do is refund for half the order. That's great, but it didn't help me in the immediate...
