Service provided by Maria was excellent, very friendly and attentive staff. Location is great, next door to Trader Joe’s. Restaurant looks simple and inexpensive making you believe it would be authentic but nah, pad thai noodles were uncooked, hard to chew and extremely sweet, like eating a brown sugar cube. There are lunch portions in the menu. Prices are a bit higher for a restaurant of this type.

The absolute worst experience I've ever encountered EVER! Ordered Uber Eats and they sent only partial of the order. Sent the order back with the driver, called the restaurant and someone who could barely speak english could not help. Did not offer to resolve issue at all. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

If you pay cash for takeout and they make your order COMPLETELY wrong, you’re out of luck. No refund. No exchange. The owner DOES NOT care. The 1 star is for the young lady that works up front. She took the order correctly and at least tried to make things right. The cooks and the owner get zero stars. I got a look at the kitchen when the door swung open and I believe all the reviews mentioning pests. That kitchen is disgustingly filthy.

Roach infested.... Not great. I stay with THAI E SAN their food is authentic and delicious. Please don't go here. ITS A HEALTH HAZARD

Got there kind of late , they seemed to want to close a little early, but they made our orders. Not my favorite Thai place. I was not unhappy with the food or service.

Fake Thai food, it lack originality. I order seafood fried rice it taste so plain and the shrimp taste like it being in freezer for 10 yrs

Wonderful food & service. We split an order of Salmon Curry between myself, my wife, & toddler and the food amount was good enough

The pad kee mao is amazing. Best I’ve had in Dallas. And yes, food is spicier than usual so choose level accordingly.

A dead bug in your food is NASTY.
I recently moved to Coppell and I’m trying new food places around my house and I love Thai food especially yellow curry and that’s what I decided to order. When I walked in it seemed like a old shack. It did not give a very plaeasent feel. I picked up my order and went home. The chicken spring rolls where mid. Then I mixed a little of the rice in the curry bowl it came in and it was pretty good. I then got one of my bowls and poured the rice in it and at the bottom of the rice box it came in was a squished dead ROACH ! I instantly threw up. That is so disgusting. I ate some of that rice . I just couldn’t believe it. I got in my car and drove back up there a took the food with me so they could see what I just spent $20 on. The guy was not being helpful at first. He asked for my number and said he would have someone call me to give me a refund. That’s unacceptable. He then asked if I wanted him to remake it . WHAT??? You clearly have roaches and yall are not paying attention to packing people food or how fresh is the rice if it’s just sitting in a box with a roach in it so no I do not want you to remake my food ! I want a refund. After going back and forth with this man he decided to give me my refund. I would not eat here . Please check your take out food if you do.

7/10 staff was decent, but it felt like they were understaffed. The food was good but spicier than expected, and I have a high tolerance for spice. No major complaints but not my favorite thai place that I've been to recently.
