Pre December 2025: Always very clean with fresh and tasty food. The best of the Cicis in the immediate area and one of the top in dfw.
12/27 update. I ate two small plates of salad and thats it. Nothing else was edible. Not the pasta, cinnamon rolls, brownies, or multiple varieties of pizza both my wife and I tried. Maybe Cicis had a recent menu/ingredient change or they have changed things at this location like prep or rotation but $28 for basically two drinks and a little salad isnāt worth it.
12/6 update. Still consistently wonderful employees and great all around. Today was just off somehow. No cucumbers which I thought they always had before, no brownies, none of the 6-7 pizzas Iād have gotten a slice of even though they had a dozen or more out mostly untouched. Yeah I could ask for a pie to be made or brownies but not everything so couldnāt decide *shrug*. First time ever at Cicis getting no pizza or dessert but was still nice. Pasta and pasta sauce was very good and the rest of the salad was too. My dining partner did like the cheese pizza but commented the cinnamon rolls were light on the cinnamon.

Came for the buffet, it was great. They don't do personal pizza over here anymore but you can still order custom pizza. The custom is full size but you can order just half, they put the other half for everyone else to eat. Dirty dish pick up is fast and the workers are nice.

Outstanding service! The employees were warm and courteous to help, they made fresh pizza and stocked everything for it to be fresh. The place was clean too. Everything was delicious. All the employees deserve a raise, that was one of the best experience dining out Iāve had in a long time.

I showed up at 8:00. This location closes at 10:00 8:30 they started cleaning and stopped producing pizzas and desserts and proceeded to continue to do cleanup so that they could leave early.
