This is the best dunkin i have veen too from the customer service to the taste of the drinks ots all good! Im seeing ppl giving negative feedback because of wait time tbh that is not dunkins fault it is a busy store it sounds like you need to give yourself mpre time before work especially in the morning at a COFFEE SHOP instead of blaming them maybe give ypurself more time

This was my first time at Dunkin’, and I’ve got to say, the coffee was great! I ordered an iced butter pecan latte through the app, and it was delicious. I originally went to pick it up through the drive-thru, but the line was super long. I called the store, and to my surprise, they answered right away despite how busy they were. They told me I could come inside to pick it up instead, which I really appreciated.

I have been here twice and both times have been excellent. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Mel helped me both times at the register and she had the best customer service. They had a steady flow but their customer service did not change and were speedy and friendly. Good job team !!! Loved the pumpkin donut and hazelnut caramel coffee too. 9/5/25.
