12:30pm and they are out of most bagels and not making anymore for rest of the day! They close at 2pm. Their bagels got smaller too. I barely go to this location but always disappointing

I like this place. Convenient location. My only problem is, the wait is long in the morning. They somehow lose your mobile order or idk. I ordered online so i dont have to wait but when i go in to pick up my order, waited 20-30 minutes more. I also walked in and ordered one morning and the ordered a cinnamon roll. Waited 20 minutes. They were working on a big online order that they seemed to try to br catching up.

Great service. The lady getting your order has amazing social skills. Puts you at ease. Always with a kind joke. Makes the whole experience very pleasant.

I went to pay with touch to pay and tip pops up so fast it automatically gave them $3 tip on $7. Tipping culture has gotten so out of hand and there’s no way to refund it. I’m all for tipping at a sitdown restaurant, but not at a bagel place that almost automatically gives a tip.

How can you possibly be called a Bagel spot but run out of every possible flavor except plain and pretzel? The folks at the front have given up on caring and just shrug when asked any questions. If certain flavors are more in demand, maybe plan to have more of them available. The answer to what flavors do you have since I listed 6 of them and you have none, should not just be a shrug.Terrible experience.

This is my third time coming to this location, and I am unsatisfied, EVERYTIME I COME THEY MAKE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER, ALWAYS MISSING SOMTHING OR NOT TOASTING THE RIGHT ORDER, I COME FOR BREAKFAST FOR MYSELF AND MY CO WORKERS SO ITS ALWAYS MULTIPLE THINGS BUT IT NEVER FAILS THEY GET IT WRONG, Th e older lady took my order correctly and they still get it wrong the shorter white heavy set lady i believe she may be a manger with the black t shirt always rushing me this once my order is on the cabinet. this morning, she cancelled my order because they didn't have change after i told the cashier i will run to get change, I came back, and my order was cancelled I ordered a smoked salmon spinach bagel add bacon. Paid for all my items and they still didn't put the bacon on the order. Very careless. i know the short lady has an issue with black ppl by how dismissive she is I'm writing a review because i will not be going back.

First time going to this location and it was great! I went during rush hour and although I placed the orders through the app the wait was long but it was understandable! The food was hot and delicious!! The only thing is I wished they had a drive thru lol 😆

Lisa helped me over the phone and was amazing at helping me get what I wanted. Surprisingly they don’t have the option to choose if you want the sandwich by its self or as a meal. So I had to call in and ask for this request. Hopefully they updated the app. Over all it’s been a good experience

waited 15 minutes to get to the counter and the cashier just left and didn’t take our order. another customer then came up and said it’s been 20 minutes and their bagel still hasn’t come out. there wasn’t many customers yet a lot of employees, not sure why the service was so bad. after like 10 minutes of nobody taking our order we just left and went elsewhere.
