Einstein Bros. Bagels

Great packages, order fulfillment and products. Smart manager. Environment in store can be improved with more cleanliness and layout. I usually see clumps and not very cohesive flow of customers inside the store. Other than that, would highly recommend French toast bagel with strawberry schmears! A cashier at EBG in the airport recommended that combination to me once before and it has worked wonders.

Always the best bagels in town

Panera wasn’t able to fulfill my large order but Einstein was with very late notice. Saved the day!!

Really poor service. They refused to toast bagels because it was not specified in the order. Guess what!? The app does not even have the option to specify that I need the bagels toasted. So the manager says to use the app to order and then call in. Rude behavior and poor service.

The lady who was there was very sweet. I came in last minute and I should have known that there would not be any bagels before closing, but the lady there offered different solutions. I would definitely come back!

While the bagels are uniform across the different franchises, the service and atmosphere are not. I had a new employee trying to learn and a manager who didn’t know much more, both of which took way too long to put an order together.

Add the “champions of the world problem solvers” old men who were just hanging out having coffee, who apparently need new batteries in their hearing aids, and the volume in the place was just below a Metallica concert. I won’t return to this location for future needs.

If I didn't have to give a star in order to write this review, I would not have. Less than one star for sure. I deleted my previous post from 3 years ago about how bad the service is in this place and at that time had decided I would not go back. However today we wanted bagels. And I went in and guess what still the same crappy service. $3.29 for a glass of tea that I had to wait 15 minutes for and only got because I asked the manager to get it for me. She scoffed a little and gave the excuse that she was making coffee. Well, she was not the only employee there and someone else could have been reading tickets and pouring tea. I waited long enough that my toasted Bagel was cold.

Well I goofed up big! I hope I took down a bad review that was sent to the completely wrong place, wasn’t even an Einstein bagel place. If it’s still up you have my biggest apology! Einstein is the best!!

A wonderful place to relax and munch on a nice toasty bagel sandwich! Plenty of options and modifications to choose from, and I imagine the staff up there don't get paid enough for how hard they work! Even if I come in and it's overwhelmingly busy, they are still being good to their guests and trying their best.

Its Sunday , I went in to take some bagels to go, the kid working there was rude and had a very bad attitude, I hope the management would pay more attention to their employees, customer service is very important and can make or break a business.
