Einstein Bros. Bagels

Great service!

As we all know most of us that come in in the morning are limited on time. I order two sandwiches and a coffee. Sandwiches came out good n time. However my coffee was never even addressed in until I asked for a refund from the manager.
While I was waiting for my order I watched one of the employees at the other end of the counter sitting and B.S.ing when they could have been serving the clients.
I mark this up to lack of training and accountability. Unfortunately they are close by and my wife likes to have there food occasionally so I will still have to go there.

Best place for breakfast. So many bagels to choose from and their smear is so good.

The turkey, bacon,avocado sandwich is delicious.

This place is great. All the employees have been on top of it and very nice and we’ve been many times. Plus, I can’t find a better cheddar jalapeño bagel around. I know it’s a chain but it’s doing it right.

I picked up Einstein bagels for my colleagues on a Friday and this establishment didn't disappoint. Order was quick and the bagels were fresh and delicious.
Plenty of parking which has available spots.
Highly recommend.

The coffee here is horrible the breakfast sandwiches were ok at best

Does this look like a $10 sandwich to you? $9.88 plus it's missing the strawberry shmear!!!! AND I even tipped them!! I feel ripped off. Wish I wasn't already home. Not worth the drive back! Total disappointment!!!

UPDATE: Did as the owner said and contacted who they asked me too and did not even get a response. I stand by my 1 star review. 1 out of 10 DO NOT recommend!!

They messed up my two online orders. I ordered sandwiches and paid extra for the jalapeño cheddar bagel. They swapped it out with another cheaper bagel without letting me know. I also ordered a dozen bagels with shmear. Later I open the box and found out that they didn’t include the shmear. Was I supposed to grab the shmear myself? Why wasn’t that communicated to me? I also ordered iced coffee, which wasn’t at the pick up area. I had to ask the staff where that was, at which point they brought it out. They are a mess. I would double check your order if you make the mistake of ordering from them

Coming from New York City, I think this is one of the best bagel spots.

Great packages, order fulfillment and products. Smart manager. Environment in store can be improved with more cleanliness and layout. I usually see clumps and not very cohesive flow of customers inside the store. Other than that, would highly recommend French toast bagel with strawberry schmears! A cashier at EBG in the airport recommended that combination to me once before and it has worked wonders.

Panera wasn’t able to fulfill my large order but Einstein was with very late notice. Saved the day!!
