The one time I go inside to eat at the McDonald’s in Coppell it reminds me of why I don’t. The customer service is beyond horrible, the food was over cooked and I was missing part of my order. I won’t make this mistake again.

I ordered Honey Mustard from McDonald’s and got two sauces that were completely wrong and seemed spoiled. Both containers were labeled Honey Mustard, but the sauces inside had strange, dark colors and did not look or smell anything like honey mustard. It was honestly unacceptable and made me throw them away immediately.
This is a basic quality check issue. If the sauces are not fresh or not the correct product, they should not be given to customers. Very disappointing experience.

Took an employee almost an hour to clean the spill up while I was eating someone else spilled it took 15 mines to get my food went up there 3 times

Kiosk doesn’t work, had to wait at least 15 minutes for someone to take our order, and once again, another location without grinch meals, but they don’t post that they are out. You have to wait in line or in the drive thru just for them to say they don’t have any.
