It took 4 times to get the guy answering the phone to get the phone number right . Went to picked up and stood in front of the guy 10 min and never waited on us. My husband called the location while standing in the location to get our pizza. We get it home and it’s burnt. We called and spoke to manager Isiah who needs to be taught customer service. I have be calling since last night. I need a refund. my pizza was not delivered until 11:25 p.m. I ordered it at 8:25 p.m.
I have not been able to get anyone on the phone except a call center that keeps telling me that they can't help me when someone at the location did answer they abruptly hung up.
These are one of the wings we got today! Absolutely disgusting! Don’t know whether it’s raw chicken or a sick chicken, but the fact that I paid for this is ridiculous.
