My friend took 6 veggie delights for a small gathering and got charged around $70 which is $20 more and I noticed it after reaching home. When I came back to the store to explain, staff in store wanted to get sandwiches back to get partial refund, additional charges are system forced it seems and recommending to talk with customer care which never works!!! I would not recommend this store to anyone else!!!
My visit to this Subway was disappointing. The frequent unavailability of items, malfunctioning systems, and subpar service indicate room for improvement. Recommending staff changes or considering closure could be beneficial for Subway's reputation.
