Salata: My Absolute Go-To for Fresh & Flavorful Meals! I absolutely adore Salata and it's easily become one of my favorite lunch spots in Lewisville. What truly sets them apart is the incredible freshness and variety of their ingredients. From crisp greens and vibrant veggies to a wide array of proteins, fruits, and cheeses, you can truly customize your salad or wrap exactly how you like it. The process is super easy: grab a bowl, pick your base, and then go wild with all the delicious toppings. Their dressings are also a highlight—so many unique and tasty options that aren't overly heavy. My personal favorites are the Fresh Herb Vinaigrette and the Buttermilk Ranch. The staff here is consistently friendly and efficient, even during busy lunch rushes. The restaurant itself is always clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant dining experience. Clean restrooms and general eating area. Ice maker was broken in the dining hall and they did not have one in the back. That sucked consider it’s been 95+ outside and the fountain drinks are cold but are better with ice in my opinion. They did offer to replace with something from the refrigerator but it still just was just not cold enough for me. As with any Salata they have an amazing selection of toppings and the workers were very pleasant and professional.

I had a terrible experience here. I asked for ice, and the staff member rudely responded, “I don’t know—if it doesn’t work, that means we don’t have it.” Later, I found a short brown hair in my salad (I have long blonde hair, so it clearly wasn’t mine). Instead of apologizing, the same employee accused me of putting my own hair in the food! He said, “What do you want me to do?”—completely dismissive and unprofessional.i drove 35 minutes to eat there that was unacceptable I expect basic courtesy and hygiene in any restaurant. This was unacceptable.

Yo, Salata Coppell done fell all the way off. I used to fw this spot heavy, but now? Nah. They always outta ingredients by 5 p.m., but they open till 9 — that’s wild. If I’m droppin’ twenty bucks on a salad, I expect fresh food, not excuses.
On top of that, I straight watched the dude makin’ my salad drop food on the counter, then scoop it right back in wit his gloved hands like it’s cool. Gloves don’t make it clean if you pickin’ up dirty food, bruh. That’s foul.
Flies was all up in there too, just chillin’ around the food. Flies mean maggots, point blank. That’s a whole health code violation waitin’ to happen, especially wit raw produce and meat.
Long story short, I wasted my twenty ’cause I couldn’t even eat the salad after seein’ all that. I’m not comin’ back, period. This location gotta do way better.

I love salata. I think they should have some kind of cover for the food. While we were there a fly flew on the food while it sat in waiting while our other bowl was being made. The employee didn’t mind removing that part. But it made me think how often the door opens and flys come in.
I visited this location and ordered a small salad. I added a few extra seafood toppings which made me request a larger container as I didn't want my food to be cramped. The associate refused and said it would be fine. I checked out and upon arriving home, I noticed that the salad was so packed in the container that my spinach was hanging out the side of my container. This is unacceptable and I need someone to contact me. I also find it ironic that you all don't carry Italian dressing.

After placing an online order, sat in the parking lot 20 minutes and watched 4 customers go in and out. I pulled into the “o line order/drive through lane” no one can to the window and after waiting a few minutes I pulled back around to the front of the store and got my sleeping 3 year old daughter out of the car to go in. I was instantly greater with I’m sorry we had 10 orders, lie. And that she was about to come to the window when I pulled away. 3 people working and not one that cares about customer service. NEVER GOING BACK.
