I love salata. I think they should have some kind of cover for the food. While we were there a fly flew on the food while it sat in waiting while our other bowl was being made. The employee didn’t mind removing that part. But it made me think how often the door opens and flys come in.
I visited this location and ordered a small salad. I added a few extra seafood toppings which made me request a larger container as I didn't want my food to be cramped. The associate refused and said it would be fine. I checked out and upon arriving home, I noticed that the salad was so packed in the container that my spinach was hanging out the side of my container. This is unacceptable and I need someone to contact me. I also find it ironic that you all don't carry Italian dressing.

After placing an online order, sat in the parking lot 20 minutes and watched 4 customers go in and out. I pulled into the “o line order/drive through lane” no one can to the window and after waiting a few minutes I pulled back around to the front of the store and got my sleeping 3 year old daughter out of the car to go in. I was instantly greater with I’m sorry we had 10 orders, lie. And that she was about to come to the window when I pulled away. 3 people working and not one that cares about customer service. NEVER GOING BACK.

OMG! This was the best salad I have ever had. It was so good, it had me doing my happy dance. I really could see myself eating here every day. It was that satisfying. If u ever in the mood for a salad, stop by this place, it gets no better than Salata!

I go to a lot of these stores and love all but this one. The white lady with red hair shirt was covered in stains. She had a look of disgust and she tossed my salad mix with an attitude out this world her energy was unwelcoming. The salad was sloppy along with the service which in turn made the salad very unpleasant tasting. Please have this employee to be provided with additional training especially on how to treat people her attitude alone can cause this location to be closed

I have to give this place 1 star because of how my coworker was treated this week. We decided to all come here for lunch and while he was in line, he politely asked the person working the station to change her gloves because he’s highly allergic to pine nuts and that was a topping option. She refused to change her gloves. I was shocked at how he was treated and will not be returning. It cost you maybe 2 cents to change a pair of plastic gloves and you have now lost 2 customers.

The food is delicious. The setup was really good and the food and toppings were easy to see. I love the salad and the wrap. Lots of different tortillas. My son liked the kids menu. Tons of toppings that are really good. The prices are reasonable. It is cool to see the make our food. It is always clean-tables. The rewards were superb. The sizes made us leave with adequate belly. I would recommend this restaurant.
Vegetarian options: They had lots of fruit and vegetables.
Kid-friendliness: It has a healthy kids menu and a good size.
