Although veggie sandwiches and veggie pizza surprisingly was extremely different & below our expectations as it was too dry, no pesto or good sauce, Ms. Ramoya replaced 2 of 4 orders with veggie pizzas them for us as a good gesture for customer satisfaction, well done Ramoya. Shyam, 6/06/25.

Had “The Original”. It was okay. The bread was awesome, the meat was kind of bland. The bacon club that my son ordered had more flavor.

This must be the slowest drive-thru in town. It's people's lunch hour, people need to get back to work. And the outdoor speaker is busted. It's very hard to understand the attendant.

Food has always been great here!! Amanda is a doll when it comes to service. 🙂 Good service is rare these days. I usually get their pepperoni pizza or the turkey bacon club. Always phenomenal!! It's just something about that bread 😍 They've closed quite a few locations and I'm hoping in every way possible that the Coppell location stays around for a very long time 🤞

This Schlotsky's in Coppell Texas constantly forgets or purposely does not provide my receipt. Part of the reason I stop here is it's location and because of the rewards program. McDonald's is right next to this Schlotsky's and they're app is better and does not require the employees to provide you a receipt to earn rewards.

I’ve been dining at this location for the past 3 years. Lately service has completely gone down. The drive thru attendant also works the front register by themselves with long wait times just to order. Their restrooms also have been leaking sewer gas into the dining room. You read that right! Absolutely NO ONE wants to smell that while eating. It’s been like this for 2 months. Once it was so bad smelling this lady walked in and made a disgusted face. I told her it’s smells like poop and we both left the restaurant.

Please do better!

We came in at 7:55 to order dinner. The college aged lady working the front register was cleaning and we had to wait to order. She came to the register and said that the lobby closes at 8:00 and asked if we wanted to order food to go. The hours labeled on the door said they closed at 9:00. The entire restaurant had tables at booths turned over so people couldn’t sit at them. We sat at the only table that wasn’t turned over and waited for our food. Again, the young lady said that the lobby closed at 8 to which we asked if we needed to leave. Annoyed, she said I guess not. This is a franchise, if you can’t be open the franchise hours on the door, sell the location. If you don’t want to service the public, sell the location. Don’t make clients pay for poor management and poor customer service.

I will never order online/app again. Restaurant was busy. Placed online order. Get to store in 15 minutes. Wait over 30 more minutes for food watching as new customers came in, ordered at the counter, and got food before my sandwich was ready. They obviously bump the app/online orders behind the in person orders. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

The food was not great. I ordered a grill cheese with chicken and it was cold. They forgot the chicken and instead of making a new sandwhich they just put cold chicken on the one they had already made which mad the sandwhich even colder.I also ordered a cinnabun and it was hard and the only way it would not be hard is to put it on a microwave. Needless to say I was not happy with my food I got a refund for the cinnabun and end speaking with a manager with regarding my food. Is it fast food yes but it should come the correct way. I asked for a manager but the manager sent a team lead because he was to busy to come speak with me. I will not be back.
