Wendy's at the Mac Arthur and Walnut Hill location had a mix of experiences. A customer was pleasantly surprised by the great customer service they received, with Dimas being excellent and the lady at the window going above and beyond. Another customer found the restaurant clean and enjoyed the baked potato and chili but found the french fries disappointing. Despite delicious food in the biggy bag meal, one customer had overcooked and crumbly fries. The manager was informed, resolving the issue.
