We usually get our order exactly as requested. Tonight- not at all! Our drinks were without ice- not something we had requested- and mine was completely flat. I had ordered a cheeseburger with pickles only and I got a hamburger (no cheese) with EVERYTHING on it. Absolutely unacceptable quality control. We will now drive a little further to the Wendy's in Lewisville. Horrible!!!!
I always have problems at this location. The night staff is incompetent to say the least. I ordered 2 frostys @ 11:14 and waited behind a guy with a 48$ order for almost 20 min. I get to the window pay and of course they are liquid. I ask for new ones and she says sorry those are all we got... we just put the mix in and it takes a while to get ready but I gave you what we have semi ready now... this isn't the first time I have had issues with the frostys but glad I checked this...read full review
On 12/14 around 8:50 I ordered a cheeseburger with meat and cheese only. Not a complicated order, but when I get home it has mustard and pickles on it. Insult to injury I order also a small chilli with NO ONIONS and another complicated order I guess and what is on it? ONIONS. What is wrong with these employees? Do they not understand or pay attention when a. Ustomer orders? Thanks for screwing up my dinner!!!
