Are the wings and fries here absolute GAS? Yes, definitely. However, the service leaves a lot to be desired. First of all, my colleague at work placed a timed order to be picked up at 12:15PM for me to bring back after I dine-in. After I finished my dine-in meal at that time, I checked in to see if the order was ready after hearing them verify my colleague's name with someone else and they handed them the order. It appears they gave the order to that lady, who then left the premises. The person working the front didn't realize this until I checked in with them but he did not want to admit the mistake. I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to re-make the order and when I asked for an additional ranch on behalf of my colleague, they wanted to charge for it. Yes I understand it's an extra charge under normal circumstances, but they could not bother to comp it on the house to make up for their mistake?! Terrible customer service, and they really need to look in the mirror to see what needs to be improved over there.

This wingstop will not answer their phone. This location will not get your order correct. The manager at this location will twist a conversation and lie to you to avoid apologizing to a customer to fix a situation. I have seen High school kids fighting in the dining area and employees watching like it's a show.
I really enjoy wingstops food and there are two near by locations that are worth the drive.

Answer the dang phone. How hard is that?
Called and phone just rang and rang. Checked the number and called again. Rang and recording said - “Everyone is busy. Hang up and call later”. What?
Drove to restaurant. Three customers sitting at tables. Heard the phone ringing while ordering. Three workers and no one answering the phone. One worker dedicated to cleaning the fryers. Lost business.
Won’t be me driving there again.

Wingstop - I’m not sure if yall have a suggestions box but I’m going to relate some feedback to yall through a review. We all know that Super Bowl Sunday is one, if not the busiest day for yall out of the year. With a high volume of orders and probably not enough to sustain I can only imagine the chaos that takes place. I submitted my order online about a week in advance to try to avoid the crazy crowd. However, it didn’t matter because there was still a huge delay. Upon going inside there was a massive crowd of people standing around the checkout counter with no understanding of how or when they’re going to retrieve their orders. There was the rack of completed online orders behind the cash register but you don’t realize it until you shove your way to the front of the counter. Had I not waved down one of the employees to hand me my online order I would’ve been standing there confused for another 30 minutes. I think maybe considering space to allow people to sit down while they wait for their orders so the counter area is clear, and a text system to notify customers when their order is ready with a staff member verifying order numbers and handing out the order to the customer. Also someone standing at the front greeting and waiting on people as they walk in so they can be helped and not stand in the crowd confused on where to go. The crowd of people standing caused a lot of confusion so once you are able to maintain crowd control there can be some efficiency in everything else. There needs to be organization so your staff isn’t overwhelmed and customers aren’t confused and frustrated. Thank you!

Great food and service! Wings came out quicker than we expected. I usually order Louisiana rub flavor and it’s never really seasoned. But this store definitely seasoned my wings up so good. The fries were also well seasoned!
