Today i needed a quick bite, which led me here on my way home. The customer service was AMAZING! Immediately greeted with smiling faces and welcome with a menu.Offered recommendations and introduced to the salad bar.All you can eat salad bar with so many options !! Im SOLD.I also ordered a pull pork plate it came with 2 sides.Overall experience great , look forward to returning.

The wait staff was incredibly kind, they did a fantastic job. The manager was very apologetic for the issues we had. 10 out of 10 stars for him.However the food.....I don't know if we came during off hours, but 6pm shouldn't be off hours. My brisket was incredibly dry, almost inedible, my wife's burger was wrong and took 20 minutes to get a replacement. The kids burger was a very generous portion but the patty was very bland. So up front, I ordered on door dash. I ordered the "Meat Sweats" with Mac and cheese and potato salad.The flavors were great! On everything I ordered... Especially the potato salad.The chicken was VERY VERY DRY!! Flavors, again were on point. But it was like a chicken jerky.The ribs were also very dry... Like realizing while you chew, "I'm going to need a drink to swallow this" type dry.The brisket was dry on one end and the ok on the other... But very flavorful.Pulled pork...read full review

The menu featured an all-you-can-eat salad bar with various options. Entrees included a pull pork plate and a brisket plate, both served with two sides. Unfortunately, there were inconsistencies with the food, as some customers received dry and bland dishes during their visit. Parking was convenient with free spaces available. The kind waitstaff and manager worked hard to ensure a positive dining experience, making it even more unfortunate when issues occurred. Monty's SB2 had the potential to be a great restaurant, as highly recommended by friends.
