we got here at 9pm waited around til 9:40 until one of the employees asked my husband ,"we are backed up, do you just want your money back. " No customers were inside besides us and there were only a few in the drive thru. it was unprofessional and inconsiderate when they already had our order to wait as long as they did to say anything.
