Went to try Arbys the second time in a few months. We order right way. We go around to pay, 15 minutes sitting here, get to the window and another 5-10 trying to pay. Really, get your act together.
Today after work I went to the drive-thru. The young man was very friendly and took my order quickly. When I got up to the window he greeted me and told me it would be just a couple of minutes so that he can prepare the food. I said to him, you must be short staffed. I believe he was because he was bouncing around doing everything. I appreciated the fact that he was friendly, communicated and professional under these circumstances.
