Laci, one of the managers at this location, was absolutely phenomenal!! If I could give her 10 stars for her customer service I would! She was so kind and extremely helpful. I don’t know how much she is getting paid at this job, but whatever it is, she deserves a raise. It’s hard to find employees who actually care about the customers experience, but Laci did just that! By far the BEST Chicken Express I have ever visited!
Food was great. Fresh and I asked for extra crispy and was just that!! Definitely will be coming back, one of the managers Laci was very kind and made sure to update me on the wait time. Fast food at its finest:)
