“WOW! Best wings & service ever. This place is a scratch kitchen!! We actually met the manager and got to try all the sauces, and I swear I liked every single one of them.!!“

“I placed an order online but after working 12 hrs I did not verify the store location and ordered it at another store. When I went to pick it up they said they did not have the order. I called the other stores and was told that because the food was ready they could not refund me. Which was fine, it was my mistake after all.

The manager heard this and called the store as well. After a discussion he told me that was not right and he was going to take care of us. This is why we come here, they are great people and take care of their customers first and foremost. Thank you again guys.“

“Laci, one of the managers at this location, was absolutely phenomenal!! If I could give her 10 stars for her customer service I would! She was so kind and extremely helpful. I don’t know how much she is getting paid at this job, but whatever it is, she deserves a raise. It’s hard to find employees who actually care about the customers experience, but Laci did just that! By far the BEST Chicken Express I have ever visited!“

“There is a young man there by the name of Christian. He literally blew my mind with his customer service. In a time where people don’t value working in customer service he still hold those customer service values. He was making happy jokes with customers, attending to everyone, helping and moving urgently. I literally couldn’t believe it. Keep him, promote him etc!“

“Attention customers: if you see that there is only 1 person working, dont give them attitude. They don't want to be working alone and are doing their best. Have a problem with waiting? Grow up. You wait 8-10 hour per day to go home from work and you don't yell at your boss do you? Respect those that have to work while you're out spending your money.“

“I had an order to be messed up on Sunday 10/27/24 I returned to the store on the following day and spoke with Ms.J the manager she handle the situation very well and elegant. She made sure I left happy and satisfied. She also was very polite as well as her staff. Ms. J was very well mannered and showed me sooo much respect and I would recommend anyone to her store. “This place makes awesome Detroit style pizza. I barely knew that was the thing until recently. I think it's better than Chicago style pizza and this restaurant uses fresh ingredients for an awesome taste. Fun little restaurant with great staff.“

“Went when it first opened a few years ago and it was ok. Recently tried it again last week and got a cheeseburger and fries. Came back again last night per the wife because the burger was so fresh and delicious. Got her the same thing and I got the mushroom swiss burger and it was yummy too. Best part is, the price. For 2 burgers w/ fries and 6 boneless wings, total came out to $27. Can't beat that! Will be trying the Asian dishes soon!“
