I can honestly say that you guys ruined me for any other coffee. It sucks because I am not from corpus and I take my kids a lot to the aquarium there so every time I go I have to stop by and grab a coffee. The coffee is just so rich, smooth and delicious. It's not too sweet which I like because I hate coffee that taste like dessert. Today I sadly found out you guys are closed on Sundays. I had skipped out on my morning coffee because every day that I'm there I usually grab a coffee from here and when I showed up in the morning, there was no one there so sad. But next time I'm in corpus I will definitely be there every day that I'm there in corpus.

I absolutely love this place. From the moment I first walked in, I was welcomed with nothing but kindness. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and inviting, and the staff truly make you feel at home. I genuinely enjoy coming in just to be around the people. The coffee is amazing, and while I love a good cold brew, the Mario Brothers (hot) currently has my heart. The staff are incredible, and the ownership is both professional and welcoming. I have nothing but positive things to say about this business and can’t recommend it enough. 🙏🏻❤️☕️

Cool place! Outdoor seating only and weather was perfect. Great flavor coffee but don’t expect sweet. We tried the Adelpho- iced shaken espresso, iced vanilla latte, peppermint latte hot, and Americano. If you like sweet, you might need to let them know or customize. Americano was my favorite with nice espresso flavors. Definitely a place to visit if you are in the area.

The first thing that my girlfriend and I thought to do this new year was to stop by Adelphos Coffee Roasters! Upon entering the establishment, we were in awe by the incredibly breathtaking interior and we were met with smiling and welcoming staff! Amazing coffee, amazing building, and amazingly kind people! This is the best coffee served in the Corpus Christi area. I’ve been a local for 20+ years & It’s about time we’ve been given an excellent coffee shop! We got the chance to visit their downtown location. They’ve got a unique menu selection. I ordered the Step Brother (secret lumberjack syrup) - omg I wanna get it every time, but there’s more on the menu I’d like to try! Brandon was very knowledgeable about the beans & brews provided at Adelphos. Very easy to tell he’s got a passion for this. We got the chance to smell different roasts and even sample their nitro gold brew. I can’t forget about Lola, she was very sweet & friendly as well! These two barista’s are in my opinion the ultimate duo - You just have to go in yourself to understand. Such a cool vibe and there’s shops around the block to take your coffee and sip on. Will be back for sure!
