I don't really post my experience in restaurants because I figured tastes are individual and so to each their own. But I have to post a picture of this beef fajita chalupa! The flavor is awesome, the beef is so tender, not to mention the beer is ice cold. I mean I eat here all the time because I love their homemade salsa but I just had to post my chalupa today!!
Everything about this place is great. My family in corpus swear by it and although different than the Mexican food where I'm from. It wasn't whitewashed and trying. It was genuinely good food and at the time it was good for a hurting heart. The staff was kind and pleasant. They may not all have spoken English but that was ok . Agave Jalisco on Ayers is my favorite Mexican restaurant here in the Corpus Christi area. Their food is always fresh, delicious and authentic. Margaritas are always refreshing and tasty! Fast friendly service! Great prices too!
