The customer service experience I had was very unprofessional. I inquired with Joan about her team catering for our wedding. Gave her our date, location and head count the first time I inquired with her. She scheduled us for a taste testing and cancelled the morning of and told me she’d reschedule us and provide us with a quote and then a couple days later after not hearing from her she emailed me and said her team would no longer be able to accommodate because of the travel distance and guest count. To me, that’s something you disclose from the beginning and not 3 weeks after interacting with me about providing the service. It was very disappointing how the situation was handled by Joan.

Highly recommend Third Coast Catering at Aunt Sissy’s Kitchen. The staff was very profesional and the food was delicious. Everything was served hot and on time. Very happy with the services provided.

Joan and her team were wonderful and the food was delicious! One of my biggest fears for my wedding was having "boring and generic" food. The meal Joan delivered was far from that. Joan does a fantastic job with every single order! I love getting her casseroles and dinners to go – total timesaver comment always amazing! Double bonus if her daughter has cookies and sweets for sale as well because those are also off the charts!

We live 3.5 hours away and working with Joan from a distance was no issue at all. Next to the beautiful bride, the food received numerous compliments. Her staff dealt with a crowd of guests after several delays in the day, due to the weather with patience and professionalism. The food, lasagna, pasta, chicken Alfredo, green beans, salad and breadsticks were delicious. They packed up all leftovers for us. I highly recommend Aunt Sissy’s kitchen! Thank you for giving me one less thing to worry about that day!

We just had my daughters wedding catered by Aunt Sissy's Kitchen 11-14-20 and it was fantastic! The food was delicious and the staff was incredible. The presentation was beautiful. We had so many guests compliment the food that night. I am so pleased with you guys. I would HIGHLY recommend you to anyone and would use your catering service again and again. We picked up the chicken/rice casserole, quiche, chicken salad and this crazy good cheese cake. Very high quality and well-made food. Will definitely order there again.
