Completely ignored by at least seven different employees for almost half an hour. Wasn’t busy, wasn’t crowded. We gave up and walked off. Nobody cared, or even said a word.
Assaulted by a drunk
Customer. Cops filing charges yet the mangers ; worthless , prolly no mgmt skills, banned me. The assaulted.
Owner out of town. Amber is out out country so no one can help.
Assault charges against patron. TABC involved. And now DA.
Managers on island hung up on me when I questioned them of serving assault perp too
Much booze.
They cowards and avoided an assault situation.

My family and I went tonight with our small dog. We stayed on the patio. We were there almost 15 minutes and not a soul came to speak with us after we sat ourself. Other tables were being spoken with, but at least 7 employees walked past us- I made eye contact with two. It’s a Monday night and not very busy at all. There was even a woman looking at her phone behind the bar. We ended up leaving because we just felt so unwelcomed. Just wasn’t good customer service.
