I’ve been here since October and I love it! The apartment is spacious and the staff is great. Jess and Candice are so friendly. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly and I love just putting my garbage right outside my door. It’s a great place to live

The maintenance people are cool

I have been living at Armon Bay now for over a year. I love living here. Jess and the rest of the staff have been nothing short of fantastic. I am always greeted by name and with a huge smile when I stop by the office. I have only had one maintenance issue, just a normal wear and tear kind of issue, but it was addressed immediately. When it came time to renew my lease, I didn't have to look anywhere else or even hesitate to re-sign. The property and amenities are always clean and cared for. If you are looking for a quality, affordable, safe place to call home, I highly recommend stopping by to talk with Jess and checking these apartments out.

Jessica- office manager, I believe, made it so simple to get into Armon Bay! She is absolutely amazing and helpful! The apartments are great, but we are so greatful to have such great management at the apartments!!!

Not to mention maintenance! They are ALWAYS on top of it all from sending the request to addressing the issue! Their response time is above average! I have several friends at other "higher end" apartments and Armon Bays staff trumps them!

My husband and I have been living here over a year and it’s fantastic! Jessica in the office is extremely helpful and is always willing to help with a smile on her face. Michael in maintenance has been wonderful. Any issues that have come up he has gotten to in a timely fashion and with a smile and a nice attitude. We love our little community and use the pool and the workout center. I feel safe and secure being in my apartment knowing we have an onsite officer who also reacts promptly. I would highly recommend living here!

Michael, the maintenance supervisor, is an absolute godsend! I was having AC problems which culminated in my whole unit needing to be replaced. Michael was quick to diagnose the problem, provide a portable AC so that I could sleep at night, and even came in on his day off to install a new unit that same week! I very much appreciate the hard work and dedication he puts into the complex.

Since the day I called the property to find out information, viewing the property and signing my lease, Ms. Jess has been Fantastic! She took the time to find out exactly what I needed and how to accommodate my son and me. She explained everything that was expected from me and what I could expect from the property. (Nothing hidden). Mr. Micheal takes care of our home and updates me on everything. The communication level is phenomenal. Being part of the Armon Bay community has been a blessing the last few months. My son gets excited to see Ms. Jess and Mr. Micheal around the property. They always say hello and ask how we are doing and if we had a good day. Puts a smile on me and my son’s face EVERYTIME! They make their tenants feel at home. Choosing Armon Bay was the best decision I have made. Thank you, Ms. Jess, for helping us find our new home.

I recently just moved in and have loved it. The property manager Jess was an absolute blessing as a first time renter. She talked me through everything and called me back in a very timely manner anytime I had a question or needed help with anything. I love the pool and the fitness center! Very highly recommend renting at this place.

Love this apartment complex so much!! Jess is absolutely amazing, she’s such an amazing person our daughter absolutely adores her and so do we!!
