China Bear Restaurant

I was there on Thursday and had a waitress spray 409 on the table where our food was exposed. Tried to speak to a manager and they ignored the request.i finally spoke to a manager that told me that they have had this iissues before and it’s just water . Therefore I should not worry about it.. my allergies beg to differ. I asked the female waitress to please stop and was ignored. The food is amazing but the waitress was extremely rude. Apparently the health department according to them stated that was not an issue. Then before we left the waitress sprayed to our direction as we were headed out. !!! This is a good establishment have been going there since my kids were children. To be treated inthis manner it’s not worth my drive. . I will be contacting the health department regardless if they are stating it’s only warm water in a 409 bottle. I gave the manager an opportunity to rectify the issue but he stated it’s happens all the time!!!!!

Food is very average. Price is very affordable for a buffet. The place doesn't smell exactly nice and there's not a lot of options. No plantains, not a lot of wings, no eggs. The food wasnt hot, it ranged from warm to just cold. The best thing here was the service and I still had to get my drink one time. Will I be back? On a rare or desperate occasion. Do I recommend? Only as a last, desperate resort

Very poor service. The staff judge you and tell you to stop eating. It's a buffet; that's what a buffet is for. They shouldn't be watching you or telling you when to stop eating.

Just ok not awesome and I want more delicious sushi heb is best sushi

The chicken had a raw taste . Looked inside the sweet and sour chicken it was pink. .. then Was gonna eat shrimp there were flies in the shrimp when I brought it to workers attention. I said there are flies in the boiled shrimp they won't move . You might need to throw those all out .. he responded by saying that's not my call ill tell the owners and see what they want me to do. What!!! Really! There were more flies hanging around the bar area . Service was great but honestly. Not exaggerating but water even had a weird taste. Food was NOT GOOD AT ALL . Not a fan. Will not come back.

The atmosphere is cozy. Televisions all over. Also there always an old man speaking ( foreign language) very loud on a phone. Most of the food is hot. Some that should hot isn't. You have to ask for refills. You have to ask for chopsticks 🥢. You have to ask to clean up your table. Oh and server didn't speak English.

Having visited this establishment on a few occasions, my experience has been positive. The quality of the cuisine is commendable. While it shares some similarities with Hibachi Grill on Saratoga, particularly in terms of style, China Bear offers a distinct culinary experience with its own merits.

Your Normal Chinese restraint. Guy that ran the register seemed grumpy. Waitress was full of smiles.

Husband and I went to eat.. food wasn’t that great.. my husband is always good with tipping but we had an appointment at a certain time for me soo we left and he forgot to leave the tip.
Soo we are by the door about to leave tell me why the server, serving our table stopped us and asked us if we had a tip for him… It’s was totally uncalled for..
I get it these people survive on tips but we had simply been in a little bit of a rush and simply forgot to tip.. doesn’t mean you chase us down and ask her for a damn tip! Unprofessional I don’t think we will be going back. 🙅🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️
