This location sucks. Unfriendly services. Small parking lot that have customers parking in the streets. Mobile orders here doesn't mean your food will be out fast. You will wait just like you just order with cashier. Never ever going back to Webber Rd. location here Corpus Christi

This is three times in a row now they haven’t given me napkins!! Don’t these people understand chicken is finger food. Great food not the best service.

Provided a coupon that was ignored and was charged more than I should've been. They wouldn't give the coupon back either. Everything was valid though. Bad service.

I love churches chicken but the one on Weber is the closest one to me and it says online that they close at 10 but they close their doors at 9pm

Drive through was quick and easy, my order was correct and hot .

I accidentally placed an order at the wrong location after moving cities. I immediately tried to call the store (over 100 times) and never got an answer. After giving up on calls, I reached out through the company’s website and left my information, asking for a call back. This was a $50 order, and I simply wanted a refund.

Days went by with no response. I eventually drove three hours to the location (I had other business in the area) and spoke to Joe, a manager. He confirmed they received my email and said his manager would contact me. Another week passed—still nothing. I even contacted corporate again and never heard back from the store or the company.

I understand I made the mistake of ordering from the wrong location, but the lack of customer service is unacceptable. Both the store and corporate completely ignored my attempts to resolve this.

This is the best Church's in Corpus in my opinion. Hasn't been disappointing. Service is quick, food is always fresh. The managers there run a tight crew. Love how they all work so well together.

Laura and Valerie clearly are great at their jobs and pay attention to customers, they remembered my order just based on my car and got my food out so fast. They are the best. They deserve raises. One time I was kinda bitchy to one of the girls because they didn’t have ranch I hope she sees this because I’m sorry I don’t know her name🙏🏻🙏🏻

I hadn't been there in forever, and just happened to walk in after someone orders 32 meals🥴 Regardless, they got them, as well as everyone in the lobby with fresh, great tasting food. They kill it in there. Highly recommend!!!!!

This location specifically is the one you need to go to the others just piss me off this one they actually have some hands on deck ,they took my order fast were honest about chicken being fresh an before I even had my wallet out my pocket at the window he was walking up with the food already ready , great job to the crew an manager .also like to metion the workers at this location all had fresh shirts on an dident look all ghetto like other location .

Ordered dine in online ... got to your location and the employees locked the door in front of us. Is it legal to bring your child to work in the state of Texas ? I don't think it is. Put a sign on the door stating your done in hours.
