Disappointed, not the same as first visit 2-3 weeks ago where everything was fantastic. I even told the manager I had found my new favorite place. The margaritas were so good and huge. Generous portions, good fideo, chips, salsa. Our food tasted fresh and was hot. Second visit was just okay, not impressed as food seemed kind of cold, not fresh but again, we had a fantastic, attentive waitress. Based on the reviews, La Tequila | Mexican Restaurant & Bar offers great food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. The prices are great, and the margaritas are delicious. The micheladas were delicious, the queso dip was great, and the tacos were honestly the best part, super flavorful and really well made. The carne asada torta was also really good. The chips are the best and hot sauce wasn't too spicy. The adult beverages were perfect. The restaurant is very authentic and had a karaoke night, which was lots of fun. There are lots of families and large groups. The only small suggestion would be the lighting—it’s a bit too bright and very white.
