Costa Sur Wok & Ceviche Bar

We order several plates, for the most part all good. The chips for my taste, too hard, dry and plain. Interesting guacamole with mango on it. The plate that was really bad was the fish ceviche, it even had more than one fish bones, a good amount of fat/dark meat. The rest was good. Will not order ceviche again at this place. Maybe I'm too demanding by being peruvian and knowing how to make a good ceviche.

Wandered in for a late lunch. The salsichipas were amazing (the bratwurst and sauce made for a mild bite), the Hoale poke was well plated and good portions and the ceviche was great. The staff were very attentive (my glass never got less than half full) and enjoyed the llama decor.

3rd visit. This trip was disappointing. Everything took forever. Appetizer alone took an hour. Probably just a bad night.

Love going to costa sur ..food and service are always on point .. we definitely try to go weekly when we can .. coconut crusted tuna in thai basil curry sauce is the bomb .. tuna nachos are crazy good too.

Resturant was slow and we were for around 25 min and they never even came to the e table too ask us what we wanted to drink. Felt wierd and not welcomed

Laid back, beach bar vibes with a fantastic menu. Very flavorful dishes and friendly staff. Will be back!

Good atmosphere, great food! Second time I go, get the same coconut curry shrimp. Plenty of interesting choices too! Servers were very friendly and cool to chat with about the place and the food. Will make this a spot to frequent when going to the beach.

If there was a 10 star rating, I would give it. Let me start off by saying the service was awesome. I met my match in Crystal, our server, with dad jokes. She was a pleasure to meet....and know. The food was amazing. We had the Ceviche Mixto...fusion style as suggested by Crystal. Wow, the combination of flavors was insane. The Peruvian Poke was intense and was on fire. Absolutely, probably some of the best seafood we have had. Can't wait to come back here. Trying to figure out what next to try.

The best ceviche in Corpus. The manager Brianna is super friendly and always checks in to make sure we’re having a good experience.
