I judge a Mexican restaurant, strictly by the beans. Their refried beans are the BEST. Dark and a touch of oil from the bacon grease.
They’re not light-colored or has that saucy texture.
Those that know their beans know what I’m talking about.

We hired Eddie's Restaurant to cater and serve for 300 servings. The food was so delicious. Fresh homemade tortillas. They Made two menus for us which included all supplies, drinks, take out plates,salsa, utensils, Friendly and professional servers and management. Everyone enjoyed the food. We had experienced their food before .
